I must confess I was dreading the platform change for my blog. This is not a case that mainte leave behind lots of recipes musco olives (although I transfer a large part), musco olives I decided to take those for which the pictures were blurred or simply ugly should not be afraid of words ....... So this little ice recipe comes from my first blog (original recipe here) is frankly Photo blah (though I assure you) I hope this time you will have even more desire to join me ..... I just added some chopped roasted hazelnuts ....
Ingredients: 1 can condensed milk - 3 tablespoons Caramel Spread (not lick your fingers!) - 75 g sugar - 2 teaspoons cornstarch - 20 cl of cream Preparation: Boil the milk with the Caramel Spread - Add sugar - Apart from the heat, add the cornstarch with a whisk - Cool, then add the cream - Put in ice cream maker and let it set for 35 minutes musco olives - Pour into a mold suitable for the freezer and let it set until ready to serve!
