Preheat foods of india oven to th. 7-8 (220 C). Prepare the caramel fleur de sel. Mix the sugar with the eggs until the mixture turn pale, then add the flour. In a small bowl put the butter cut into pieces and pour over 150 ml liquid and hot caramel, mix well. Add the caramel egg mixture. Lined four ramekins and pour the mixture into it. Optional: add a teaspoon of liquid caramel in the middle of each ramekin. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Serve warm or unmolded day unmold and heat 30 seconds in the microwave.
