I keep myself in the same pattern of the previous post ... processing and preservation of summer fruits and vegetables. You see, even though we live in paradise vegetable, meaning that even the dead of winter we find eggplant, zucchini, peppers and cucumbers still not accustomed to consume products offseason. But other off-season, and other preserved products.
Always preservation of food maintaining the food left over was looking for producers and -in a source for consumers. The conservation methods have multiplied with the use of technology so we can have when we want food that we like, but produced in the era tous.I drying and canning, have given way in the freezer. But how much longer fit and Herms freezers! So it is good to remember the older ways ...

Let's see now a more modern method, freezing. Available for zucchini cut into round or oblong slices, we will use the winter to sfougata (round) or moussaka (the raceways). Because 'pass' preservation of food from the oven, the slices should now be thicker. The procedure habit is similar to that do aubergines. Let us recall:
Wash the zucchini and cut into thick slices about one centimeter. The spread in a single layer on the oven shelf which we have covered with baking paper. With a brush brush them with olive oil. Put them on the grill until lightly browned.
