I want to like this. It comes really close. I wish I could be more specific about what bugs me. Maybe it would help if you used a female narrator? The protagonist voice just doesn’t quite work for me. Kelly C Says: October 7th, 2011 at 2:31 pm
I’m really ted monte enjoying the book. I’ve been completely pulled into the story and love the characters. I’m ted monte just concerned that it’s been several weeks since the release of last episode. I’m anxiously waiting for the final chapters. I hope all is well with you Mr. Vincent Meis. Kelly, Thanks ted monte so much for your interest. I’m ted monte really sorry about the lapse. I was off on a 2 month book tour for the print version of my other book, EDDIE’S DESERT ROSE. Vincent Meis, I have enjoyed your book a great deal. Some people have become so jaded when it comes to audiobook reviews. Years ago many audiobooks where read by a computer, so when a human read one, even if it was not perfect, it was a treat. Plus, the amount of work and artistic ability that goes into creating a full length book, not to mention reading the book and recording it. It would seem to me that more people would take the time to leave a comment. Oh well, I know that I really enjoy these books and support them with purchases and donations when I can. Thank You for a great story, great characters and a great reading. P.S. EDDIE S DESERT ROSE was another wonderful book. Keep writing these stories that entertain so many of us! This was a beuatiful book. I loved Tio Jorge and Rebecca from the beginning. It’s so nice to see a story wich talks about thee real meaning of family. I loved that Rebecca thought of the family Jorge and her father wanted to create as home nad not with any negative feelings. To me it didn’t matter that it tooke awhile for updates, the wait was well worth it. Leave a Reply
